  • Can I change my order?

    We take a lot of pride in the speed at which our warehouse and fulfillment team operate. It's typically a great thing when you place an order and it's shipped quickly -- that is until you want to make a change! Our ability to change your order before it ships is very dependent on timing. So if your order hasn't processed through our system we should be able to catch it and cancel and/or replace your order.

    But if it's already gone, it's gone, and we unfortunately can't stop it. We can definitely do an exchange and will even pay for the return shipping of the products that you want to change (US orders only). Keep reading on for directions on how to process an exchange.

  • How do I process a return or exchange?

    If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund, or swap it out for another one, no questions asked (excludes clearance items and DVDs, unless damaged/defective - ALL SALES FINAL).

  • Why won't my credit card work?
    Well that's frustrating! There could be a number of reasons why a credit card isn't working properly, including things like having an incorrect zip code or CVV number, and also because our credit card processor just isn't working properly, timing out or having a bad day. But there's no need fret. You can try processing your credit card transaction through PayPal by selecting that option at checkout.
  • Can I buy Alavanca products in retail stores?
    Not yet, but follow us on social media to be the first to hear about our plans.
  • What happens if my item is out of stock?
    Occasionally, demand for certain items may exceed our expectations. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of any delay in the shipment of your order. If you wish to substitute an in-stock item for the back-ordered merchandise, please call our Customer Service department at (310) 893-0400 (ext 113), Monday through Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm (PST), or send an email to store@alavanca.com.
  • I missed a promotion, what can I do?

    Unfortunately, there are no price adjustments for daily special items and/or announced sales. Don't worry though, just check back often because we frequently run specials and follow us on social media to see when we post sales: facebook: Alavanca | instagram: @ALVNCA.
