If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund, or swap it out for another one, no questions asked (excludes clearance items and DVDs, unless damaged/defective - ALL SALES FINAL).
We know that some items, especially gis, shrink a bit after a few washes. If your new Alavanca garment doesn't fit right after being washed, simply send it it back and we'll send you a different size. Bottom line: if you're not 100% happy with the style, fit, and feel of your Alavanca garment, simply let us know and we'll make it right!
For domestic orders, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Simply click here and we'll walk you through the process. All you will need is the email address that you used when placing the order and within 3 easy steps we will have your return or exchange processed.
For international orders, the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you'd like to exchange the item for something else, Alavanca will gladly cover the shipping costs of the replacement item. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product(s) that you would like to return/exchange, and we will help process your return.
