Shipping FAQ

We process orders Monday through Friday, and aim to send out all orders the same day when received before noon PST, and all other orders by the next business day.

Shipping times are listed alongside each shipping method listed at checkout, and are from the date your order is shipped. For example: if you place your order on a Tuesday at 2:15 pm PST and choose "2-3 Day Express" shipping at checkout, your order will ship by Wednesday and take 2-3 days from then. 

We know how hard waiting is, so you will receive an email with your tracking info on the day your order ships, so you can keep tabs on where it is. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it, please contact us at store@alavanca.com.

Any orders over $150 will require a signature at the time of delivery.

When a signature is required, the carrier will make up to three attempts at delivery. A notice that delivery has been attempted will be left at the recipient's address after the first and second attempts.

Shipping costs vary based upon the weight and size of the order, as well as the carrier selected. The total cost, along with your shipping options, will be shown during checkout once all required fields have been entered into your shipping address.

For international orders, additional customs fees may apply.

You may also choose Free Local Pickup to pickup your order at Gracie University Headquarters in Torrance, CA.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with your country's laws. Depending on your country's customs policies, there may be additional charges or delays.

While super rare, sometimes carriers get delayed or forget to scan a package at one of their stops. If you are looking at your tracking info and see a delay or that it isn't updating, feel free to email us at store@alavanca.com. In most instances, packages are still delivered on time or with only a minor delay. 

Absolutely! You'll see options for all shipping destinations once you get to the shipping page at checkout. If you have any issues entering your address, email us at store@alavanca.com and we will make sure that we process your order immediately.
